When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address or bluPort provided at the time of purchase. We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia.
All of our orders are despatched within 24 hours of order confirmation and normally delivered to Singapore addresses within 2 working days.
International deliveries estimated delivery time will be calculated for you at the time of checkout and please take time provided as reference only.
Our logistics partner blu will contact you prior to the delivery via SMS or phone provided at the time of purchase.

All bluPort lockers are opens 24 hours. For bluPort lockers located within shopping malls, please refer to the opening hours of the respective mall.

Orders placed before 2pm will arrive  at the designated bluPort by 10pm on the same working day otherwise on the following working day. You will receive an SMS once the package arrives at the selected bluPort and it stays there for 72 hours for pick-up.

Delivery to Malaysia and Indonesia 
The shipping fee depends on the delivery address and will be calculated in the checkout section of our online shop.
Kindly note that our shipping fee does not include any custom duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
Customers with shipping addresses outside of Singapore are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. Please contact your local customs office for details on how charges will be applied in your area.

Will I get charged for a re-delivery for home or office delivery?
One free re-delivery is included but only to a bluPort of your choice. Please contact bluCare Customer Service team to arrange.
How can I track my delivery?
Please visit with your parcel ID or tracking code. This number can be found after logging into your account and going to “Orders”. The tracking number looks like this: MA00019_XXXXX
Can I return empty cartridges for recycling?
We encourage to dispose empty cartridges at your nearest recycling point.


In the rare case that an incorrect or defective item has been shipped to you, please contact our Customer Service team within 7-day for pickup and/or replacement as needed. No delivery fee will be charged for this service. In the case of an error in website data, our Customer Service team will contact you to fix the error without any extra charge from your side.
Replacement or refunds for defective items will be given under the following conditions:
  • Item must be returned in their original purchase condition.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • Only products purchased on may be returned for replacement.
Notwithstanding any laws or otherwise, no exchange or refund will be made for non-defective, correctly delivered products. Please contact our Customer Service team for any further enquiries.


If your order goes missing our Customer Service team can assist with a refund or replacement. Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with us.
If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount. You will be required to sign a delivery receipt at the time of delivery.


28Cubed is responsible for defects in hardware regarding workmanship and materials for one year from the original date of your purchase. For repair, please contact our Customer Service team.
